Medico Travels: Employees working at Medico Travels Sa'l'k Hizmetleri And/or at company, customer services crew and assistance services crew included but not limited to these, whole crews, personnel and/or employees.
You and/or the User (the Customer): Person and/or corporations who request to benefit from the Treatment (described in the definitions below) provided by Medico Travels and/or Medico Travels Services (described in the definitions below) or who request to benefit from services provided by Additional Service Providers (described in the definitions below).
Medical Service Provider: Any medical professional that provides treatment and post-treatment services as well as hospital, clinic, medical centre, medical doctor, doctor's office, medical procedure etc.
Additional Service Provider: Companies or persons other than Medical Service Provider who take part in your medical travel in Turkey such as hotels, transportation companies, insurance companies, restaurants.
Service Providers: Medical Service Provider and/or Additional Service Provider

Included but not limited to the mentioned above, all kinds of Medico Travels communication channels within the Medico Travels , which connects Service Providers with you.
All kinds of conversations, dialogues and correspondences by means of communication instruments (including e-mail, WhatsApp, Skype, telgram, GSM, phone, Viber but not limited to these) with authorities of Medico Travels .
All kinds of service and type of assistance (verbal, written, visual, physical or based on communication included but not limited to these) including but not limited to customer consultancy, assistance etc. which you may receive from the personnel and employees working at Medico Travels .
Service Data of Medico Travels : All kind of information, data and presentation verbally or visually made by Medico Travels and/or Medico Travels Services consisting of information provided to Medico Travels by third parties and/or collected from online or offline sources including but not limited to Preliminary information and content for Service Providers and their services and / or for the Treatment Service provided by Medical Service Providers to Users (defined as the definitions below) in Medico Travels and/or in Medico Travels Services.
Treatment: Medical treatment to be performed at the selected Medical Service Provider.
Treatment Package: Package tour options offered by Medico Travels including but not limited to Medical Service Provider, Additional Service Provider and Medico Travels Services which are offered with different Service Provider options and which you can create with your personal preferences.
Revised Treatment Package: The new (revised) Therapy Package to be created by recalculating the variables such as specified periods, treatment methods, prices etc. in accordance with your medical condition in cases where data cannot be foreseen (as indicated in the definitions below) and/or caused a change in Treatment Planning and Treatment Package after physical diagnosis and pre-operative medical examinations performed by your Medical Service Provider.
Data: All requested personal data, private personal and medical data (name, surname, e-mail address, personal information, flight information, nationality, phone number, patient images, medical reports and information including but not limited to height, age and weight) in order for Medico Travels and/or Medico Travels services to analyse your requests and conditions well and to prepare a special Treatment Package for you.
This Confidentiality Agreement is between Medico Travels and the User and shall be herein referred to as "Confidentiality Agreement". As Medico Travels Sa'l'k Hizmetleri, we (herein referred to as "Medico Travels ") we show utmost care and attention to the safety of your personal data (herein referred to as "Data").
As Medico Travels we attach great importance to protect all kinds of Data of the all persons related to Medico Travels as well as the persons who benefit from the all services offered in Medico Travels (herein referred to as "Medico Travels Services" including but not limited to correspondences conducted by means of website communication tools, social media platforms, Medico Travels Assistance and Consulting Services by processing in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. With the full awareness of this responsibility and acting as "Data Responsible" in accordance with the Protection of Personal Data Law, we process your data within the scope and conditions stated below.
While this page uses Medico Travels Services, it also informs Users about our policies related to the collection, use and distribution of Data we associate with our Users.
Medico Travels Services is a common market place designed for Service Providers and Users to meet with each other. You agree that we can'transfer some or all of your Data which you provide to Medico Travels to the Service Providers in order for us to facilitate and detail the Medico Travels Services which we offer for you. When you contact with the Medico Travels Services, you expressly agree the transfer and disclosure of your Data to these Service Providers. We may use your contact information including but not limited to your mobile phone number and e-mail address in order to provide clear information communication between the User and Service Providers and to inform the User and Service Providers about the updates and developments and you are deemed to be contacted about the above-mentioned issues within the scope of this Confidentiality Agreement. Medico Travels is Data controller and is responsible of recording S Data which it provides through Medico Travels Services, correspondences and meetings held with you and Service Providers as well as third parties in database of Medico Travels and protection of these data in accordance with the relevant Laws. During its operations, Medico Travels may use third party partners, Service Providers and affiliates to fulfill the Service Data and may share the Data provided by you with these third parties.

When the User benefits from Medico Travels Services, Medico Travels may ask from the User to provide some Data to be used to determine the User well and/or to communicate with the User.
Personally identifiable Data may include but not limited to the followings:

-Medical Reports of the User (As Medico Travels , we may share these reports with our Medical Service Providers in order to make a comprehensive evaluation of your condition and make better use of Medico Travels Services)
-Personal pictures of the User (Your personal pictures will be related to your request for the treatment. These pictures may include your face or your body. As Medico Travels , we may share these pictures with our Medical Service Providers in order to make a comprehensive evaluation of your condition and make better use of Medico Travels Services).
-Flight information of the User (We may request your flight tickets in order to plan your city transfer organizations of Medico Travels after you have decided to benefit from Therapeutic Package which we offer to you as Medico Travels .
-Pictures of the User's Passport (We may request a picture of your passport to inform our Service Providers about you after you have decided to benefit from Therapeutic Package which we offer to you as Medico Travels .)
-Cookies and Usage Data (Specified in the following definitions)

We have no control over the content, confidentiality agreements or practices of third-party sites or services and are not covered by our responsibilities.
Our Medico Travels Services don't address anyone under the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as "Children").
As Medico Travels , we don't collect information from Children deliberately. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your children provide us with the Data, please contact with us. If we find that we collect Data from Children without verifying parental consent, we will make the necessary moves to remove this information from Medico Travels Services and our Medico Travels servers.
The Confidentiality Agreement signed by and between Medico Travels and the User is valid as of the date of the signed by the User. It is the sole responsibility of Medico Travels to notify the User about any amendments made to this Confidentiality Agreement by e-mail and/or by telephone number which are provided by the User to Medico Travels . If Medico Travels doesn't make the notification about the amendments, this Confidentiality Agreement shall be valid as of the date on which it was approved by the User.
The e-mail address and/or telephone number included in the Data provided to Medico Travels by the User in order to benefit from the Medico Travels Services shall be deemed as to be the official communication and notification address.
We may update our Confidentiality Agreement from time to time. We shall notify you about any amendments by including our new Confidentiality Agreement on this page.
As Medico Travels we recommend that you should review our Confidentiality Agreement for any amendments to this Agreement periodically. Amendments to this Confidentiality Agreement shall be applied when they are issued on this page.
Medico Travels and the User shall firstly endeavor to settle all disputes arising from this Confidentiality Agreement by settling with each other.
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized for the disputes that will arise in this Confidentiality Agreement.
This Confidentiality Agreement was issued in two (2) languages as English and Turkish, and in the event of any disputes, Medico Travels and the User has agreed that Turkish version of the Agreement shall be valid.
